Return eligibility
All products sold by Native Instinct LLC / Native Power Supply are sourced from third-party manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
As a result, returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by the manufacturer of the product.
If a manufacturer authorizes a return, their return terms, conditions, restocking fees, and timelines will apply. Manufacturer approval is required before any return can be initiated.
How to request a return

We will submit the request to the manufacturer for review.
Return authorization is not guaranteed.
Items sent back to us without written manufacturer approval will not be accepted.
Condition requirements (if approved)
If a return is approved by the manufacturer, the item must:

Be in new, unused condition

Be in original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Meet all manufacturer inspection requirements
Any damage, missing components, or signs of use may result in denial of the return or additional fees.
Return shipping
If a return is authorized:

The manufacturer determines whether return shipping is permitted

Return shipping costs, restocking fees, and handling charges may apply

Instructions and the return address will be provided only after approval
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as permitted by the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances unless explicitly authorized by the manufacturer:

Hazardous materials, fuels, flammable liquids, or gases

Electrical equipment that has been installed, wired, fueled, or used

Clearance, sale, or discounted items

Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to manufacturer approval.
If an exchange is authorized, it will be processed as:

Return of the original item (if approved)

Placement of a new order for the replacement item
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have statutory cancellation rights under EU law.
However, manufacturer authorization is still required, and exclusions for custom, hazardous, or industrial equipment may apply as permitted by law.

Refunds
If a manufacturer-authorized return is approved and completed:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
