Shipping Policy

Shipping terms (EXW – Ex Works)

All products sold by Native Instinct LLC / Native Power Supply are shipped EXW (Ex Works) from the manufacturer or supplier’s facility, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Under EXW terms:

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point of origin

  • The buyer is responsible for all freight, shipping costs, insurance, and transportation arrangements

  • We do not include shipping costs in product pricing


Freight charges & checkout notice

At checkout, shipping may display as “Free Shipping”.
This does not mean shipping is included or waived.

It means:

  • Freight is not calculated at checkout

  • Shipping costs will be quoted separately after the order is received

After checkout, we will contact you with:

  • A freight quote or

  • The option to arrange your own shipping or

  • The option to cancel the order prior to shipment

No shipment will be released until shipping arrangements are confirmed.


Shipping options

After your order is placed, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Accept our freight quote
    We will coordinate freight and invoice shipping costs separately.

  2. Arrange your own shipping
    You may provide a carrier, pickup instructions, and required documentation.

  3. Cancel the order prior to shipment
    Orders may be canceled before shipment if freight terms are not accepted (subject to manufacturer policies).


Lead times & delivery estimates

  • All lead times are estimates only

  • Manufacturing, logistics, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control

  • We are not responsible for delays once the shipment has left the point of origin

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.


Shipping responsibility & risk of loss

Once the product leaves the manufacturer or supplier’s facility:

  • The shipment travels at the buyer’s risk

  • Any loss, damage, or delay during transit is the responsibility of the buyer and/or carrier

  • Freight claims must be filed directly with the carrier

We will assist with documentation when reasonably possible but are not liable for carrier performance.


Inspection upon delivery

Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments at the time of delivery.

If damage or shortage is observed:

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim

Failure to note damage at delivery may void carrier claims.


International shipments

For international orders:

  • Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and import requirements

  • Any delays or charges related to customs are the buyer’s responsibility


Special-order and oversized items

Many products sold are:

  • Made-to-order

  • Custom-configured

  • Oversized or hazardous

These items may require:

  • Specialized freight

  • Longer lead times

  • Additional handling or documentation

Shipping costs for these items vary and will be quoted after order placement.


Important notice

By placing an order with Native Instinct LLC / Native Power Supply, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping is not included in product pricing

  • All items ship EXW from the manufacturer or supplier

  • Freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Checkout “Free Shipping” reflects deferred freight quoting, not free delivery
